    Cannoli Dip

    If you cannoli have one dip, it's this one! - sorry, I had to. This Cannoli Dip is perfect for a quick dessert or snack. Perfect for potlucks or get-togethers. You can whip this up in a matter of minutes.

    You only need a few ingredients that are easily mixed together and served right away or you can prepare a few hours to a day in advance. Who knew something this easy could taste this good!

    Serve with pizzelles, wafers, cannoli chips or anything of your pleasing.

    Ingredients:

    • Mascarpone cheese
    • Smooth ricotta cheese
    • Powdered sugar
    • Heavy cream
    • Vanilla extract
    • Mini chocolate chips

    Equipment:

    • Stand mixer or hand mixer
    • Large Bowl
    • Spatula
    • Measuring cup and spoons

    Instructions:

    Place all the ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer bowl and beat until combined and creamy.

    Serve right away or chill for later.
