rhubarb
chopped

sugar

water

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Add rhubarb, sugar and water to a medium pot and cook on a medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the rhubarb is broken down and soft. The colour should also be a beautiful pink.
Strain the mixture in a large bowl and mix in the apple cider vinegar.
Place in a container and refrigerate.
