I know that's a mouthful but trust me, it's worth it. These Brown Butter Birthday Cake Cookies are so delicious. That cake batter flavour we all love so much, white chocolate chips, obviously I had to add brown butter and sprinkles, lots and lots of sprinkles.
You absolutely have to try these. I personally like to make them bigger and thicker but you can honestly make them anyway you like and they're still be delicious.

Ingredients:
- Brown butter
- Yellow sugar
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Cake flour
- All purpose flour
- Corn starch
- Baking soda
- Salt
- White chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
Equipment:
- Stand mixer or hand mixer
- Large bowl
- Two Medium bowls
- Spatula
- Whisk
- Cookie sheets
- Measuring cups and spoons
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cold brown butter, yellow sugar, and sugar until light and creamy.
In a separate bowl, sift together flours, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add eggs to the butter mixture, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla extract and stir.
Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and sprinkles.
Separate dough into balls and place on cookie sheet with parchment. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Preheat oven to 375°. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the top. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes to set.

- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sprinkles
