Get ready to meet your new favorite snack...these candied pecans are totally addictive. I made them for another recipe but they are just so good on their own, I knew I had to share the recipe. Add them on salads, on ice cream, or just fill your pocket with them and snack for the rest of the day. Either way, you won't regret making these. Did I mention how easy they are to make? They only need a few ingredients and some time in the oven.

Ingredients:
- Pecans
- Sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Salt
- Egg white
- Vanilla extract
- Water
Equipment:
- Sheet pan
- Parchment or baking mat
- Two bowls
- Whisk
- Spatula
- Measuring cups and spoons
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 275 F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment or a silicon baking mat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg white, vanilla extract and water until frothy. Toss in pecans and mix until coated. Add in the sugar mixture and mix again until the pecans are evenly coated.
Spread the pecans onto the baking sheet. Bake for 50-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
