
With summer around the corner, tiki cocktails seem like a must. I love the vacation vibes they give and this Mangonada Tiki Cocktail is great way to start off the season. They are also the best excuse to use some of my favorite glassware.
With mango puree, two types of rum and a little Tajin, you'll feel like you're in a tropical haven.

Ingredients:
- Light rum
- Dark rum
- Triple Sec
- Lime juice
- Mango puree
- Bitters, I used orange but Angostura or chili is great too
- Ice
Equipment:
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger
- Cocktail glass, tiki preferred
Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until cold.
Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glass. Dip into Tajin Spice to create your rim.
Add ice into your glass and pour in the shaken cocktail. Sip and enjoy!

Mangonada Tiki Cocktail

- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz triple sec
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 ½ oz mango puree
- a couple dashes bitters
- Ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until cold.
- Using a lime wedge, wet the rim of the glass. Dip into Tajin Spice to create your rim.
- Add ice into your glass and pour in the shaken cocktail. Sip and enjoy!
