A tropical twist to a delicious classic! I love both of these fruits. The yuzu brings the sweetness and the kumquat brings the sour but both of these fruits bring a tangy citrus flavour. The yuzu is fresh juice replacing the lime while the kumquat is an infused-simple syrup replacing the regular simple syrup or agave. Simple yet refreshing.
