Looking for a super easy recipe but still filled with all the fun and scares of Halloween? This Spooky Chocolate Bark is perfect! It's also great for the kids as they can decorate it with their favourite Halloween chocolate, candies, gummy worms, sprinkles and colours. The options are endless!

    Ingredients:

    • Good quality white chocolate
    • Powder or oil based food colouring
    • Sprinkles, chocolates, gummies of your choice

    Equipment:

    • Baking tray
    • Spatula
    • Parchment paper or Silpat
    • Medium microwavable bowl

    Instructions:

First, line cookie sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.

Carefully melt the chocolate in the microwave. Heat in bursts of 20 seconds on medium-high, checking and stirring between. Once chocolate is mostly melted, stir until all remaining chocolate is melted and smooth.

Separate the chocolate into bowls and immediately colour to your desired colour or colours.

Pour coloured chocolate onto your lined pan and spread evenly with a soft spatula to about ¼" thickness. Gently drag a toothpick through to marble the colours together or leave them in blotches.

Gently spread all your chosen decorations onto the chocolate. Add optional sprinkles.

Place in fridge for about an hour to harden. Break up into smaller pieces and enjoy!
